Your Role As an SDR , you'll play a key role in our success, connecting with highly engaged leads and helping them take the next step in their sales career. This is an inside sales position where you'll be working with professionals in the door-to-door industry, guiding them toward the training and resources they need to excel . Your focus? Building relationships, scheduling appointments, and driving revenue —all while working with a team that's redefining what's possible in door-to-door sales. What You'll Be Doing Engaging with Warm Leads
  • Connect with prospects via calls, texts, and emails—no cold outreach, just meaningful conversations with sales reps eager to grow. Scheduling Appointments
  • Guide potential clients through the process, helping them see the value of our training and securing appointments for deeper discussions. Effectively Communicating Value
  • Clearly articulate how our training programs transform sales careers , positioning our offerings as the logical next step for high-performing reps. Building & Maintaining Relationships
  • Follow up with prospects, answer questions, and ensure they feel confident in their decision to move forward. Using Proven Sales Techniques
  • Apply strategic negotiation and closing techniques to help potential clients take action. Providing an Exceptional Experience
