Training progresses through:
Months 1-2: Lead Generation, Sales & Revenue Month 3: Hospitality & Property Management Operations Month 4: Business Credit & Student Support Month 5: Executive Operations & CEO Support Month 6: Live Executive Assistant Practicum & Certification Training includes company playbooks, professional training videos, system training, knowledge assessments, practical assignments, and live experience. Completion of six months does not automatically guarantee certification or advancement. Performance, reliability, initiative, systems competency, communication, follow-through, and demonstrated ability to perform the position are evaluated throughout the program. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, highly organized, entrepreneurial, comfortable communicating by phone, able to maintain confidentiality, willing to learn sales and Business Credit, comfortable with technology and AI, and capable of working independently without needing constant direction. We especially value someone who sees a problem and thinks: "Let me research this, figure out what I can handle, and bring back a solution." rather than immediately asking someone else what to do. Experience in real estate, property management, Business Credit, sales, entrepreneurship, executive support, hospitality, or CRM systems is helpful but not required if the candidate demonstrates strong learning ability and initiative. Schedule & Career Growth This position begins part-time at approximately 20 hours per week at $25.00 per hour. The position is being developed as a long-term executive support role within D&J Properties. As the company grows, there may be opportunities for increased hours, expanded responsibilities, advancement, and eventual full-time employment based on performance, successful training, company growth, and business needs. This is a developmental Executive Assistant position. Candidates do not immediately enter the fully certified Executive Assistant position. The first two months focus on Lead Generation Specialist training and production, during which compensation follows D&J Properties' LGS compensation structure. Candidates then progress through additional operational and executive training. Upon successful completion of the Academy, demonstrated competency, and formal transition into the Executive Assistant role, the position is expected to begin at $25.00 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week.Pay:

During Months 1-2, you will complete D&J Properties' Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) training and will be compensated under the current LGS compensation and commission structure. The $25.00/hour Executive Assistant rate applies after successful completion of the training/certification requirements and formal transition into the EA role.
