About Rosemary Chocolat Rosemary Chocolat is a Los Angeles-based premium chocolate brand inspired by French pastry culture and modern luxury. Our products are kosher, beautifully designed, and created for gifting, events, hospitality, and select retail partners. We are building a brand that stands out visually and emotionally—and we're looking for the right sales partner to help scale it. This is for someone confident in their ability to build relationships, open doors, and close meaningful accounts. The Opportunity You'll be responsible for bringing on new B2B accounts and growing long-term relationships across key channels, including: Corporate gifting & branded orders Events & event planners Hotels, cafés, and hospitality groups Specialty retail & wholesale accounts This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and significant upside. You'll be selling a premium product with strong visual appeal, high perceived value, and repeat order potential. What You'll Do Prospect and close new B2B accounts Pitch Rosemary Chocolat for gifting, events, hospitality, and wholesale Build relationships with buyers, planners, and decision-makers Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and deal flow Collaborate with our internal team on custom orders and larger opportunities Hours will be around 15/week to start Required Experience & Fit Proven experience in B2B sales , account management , or relationship-driven selling OR relevant background in hospitality, events, corporate gifting, food & beverage, or luxury products Comfortable with outreach, pitching, follow-up, and closing deals Self-directed and organized—this role is not micromanaged Strong communicator who can represent a premium brand professionally This is best suited for someone confident in their ability to generate and close business independently. Income is directly tied to performance and relationship-building. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories. Identify, qualify, and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand our client base. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the unique qualities of our luxury chocolates. Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction, upselling premium products, and building long-term relationships. Utilize CRM software such as Monday.com to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure mutually beneficial deals while maintaining brand integrity. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within luxury goods or high-end retail environments. Strong knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce and familiarity with technology sales tools for effective lead generation and account management. Excellent negotiation skills combined with exceptional communication abilities to close deals confidently. Demonstrated success in business development, direct sales, and inside/outside sales strategies. Ability to analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing territory sales and achieving targets independently. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for premium products is essential.
