Duties Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, retail sales, and community networking to promote insurance products and financial services Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance policies and benefits administration solutions Negotiate policy terms with clients, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement while maintaining compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA where applicable Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and following up on policy renewals or inquiries Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, explaining product features clearly, and providing ongoing support for benefits administration Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that enhance brand awareness and attract new clients across diverse markets, including multilingual communities Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales approaches and improve overall performance in insurance sales and related financial products Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on insurance or financial products Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred) to connect with diverse customer bases Solid analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer data management Ability to perform detailed market analysis and adapt strategies accordingly Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships within the community Embark on a rewarding career path where your energy meets purpose!
