Freight Broker - Remote Beasley Freight Group is hiring! We're looking for a motivated, driven Freight Broker to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote, commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers Source and negotiate freight rates Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery Provide excellent customer service Manage customers and loads independently What We're Looking For 2+ years of freight brokerage/logistics experience preferred Strong sales and communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely Ability to build genuine customer relationships Organized, dependable, and persistent Someone who knows how to sell without being "salesy" and finds solutions Compensation Commission-based with NO CAP on earnings.
