As a Full Cycle Commercial Sales Representative, you will own the entire sales process from first contact to signed contract.This is a hunter role:
you will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, building relationships with commercial decision-makers, presenting tailored pest control solutions, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on the commercial segment: businesses, facilities, and properties that require recurring pest control services.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Prospecting & Lead Generation- Identify and pursue new commercial accounts through cold outreach, canvassing, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified commercial prospects
- Research target accounts and understand their specific pest control needs before outreach
- Develop relationships with property managers, facilities directors, business owners, and decision-makers 2. Pricing, Proposals & Contracts
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate property size, pest pressure, and service needs
- Prepare customized pricing and service proposals tailored to each commercial client
- Clearly explain service agreements, pricing structures, and recurring service terms
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure all agreements are accurately documented 3. Closing & Account Handoff
- Drive deals to close, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Coordinate seamless handoff of new accounts to the operations team
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in our CRM
- Follow up post-close to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
COMMERCIAL MARKETS YOU WILL TARGET
Your prospecting focus will be on commercial accounts including but not limited to:- Apartment complexes and multi-unit residential buildings
- Property management companies and HOAs
- Retail shops, plazas, and strip malls
- Restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, and food service establishments
- Office buildings and corporate facilities
- Warehouses, distribution centers, and industrial facilities
- Storage unit facilities and self-storage operators
- Hotels, motels, and hospitality properties
- Healthcare facilities, gyms, salons, and personal service businesses
- Any commercial property with recurring pest control needs
QUOTAS & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a quota-bearing role. You will be held to clearly defined monthly and quarterly new business targets. Your quota structure will be discussed and set at offer. Consistent attainment of quota is a condition of continued employment.- Monthly and quarterly new commercial account targets
- Revenue-based pipeline targets to ensure consistent closing activity
- Performance will be reviewed on a regular cadence with your manager
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Proven B2B or commercial sales experience — you know how to open doors and close deals
- Strong prospecting skills; comfortable with cold outreach and field canvassing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to manage a full pipeline and prioritize activity to hit quota
Preferred:
- Previous pest control or facilities services sales experience is a strong plus
- Experience selling to property managers, restaurant operators, or facility managers
- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline tracking and reporting
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus

Base Salary:
$40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus comissionCommission:
Fixed commission on every commercial contract you closeCar Allowance:
