Job Description

Build Pipeline. Close Deals. Get Paid for Results. We are not hiring order-takers. We are looking for builders. Constructive Curiosity is growing and we need sales partners who are ready to take ownership of their pipeline and earnings. This is a full-cycle role where you will source, develop, and close your own opportunities.
You will be selling:
SpectC - a SaaS platform built for execution-focused project and release management PMaaS (Project Management as a Service) - embedded project leadership for companies that need execution, not just plans If you want a cushy base salary and inbound leads, this is not the role. If you want upside, ownership, and real sales experience, keep reading. What You'll Do Build your own pipeline through outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.) Book and run discovery calls Position and sell both SaaS (SpectC) and services (PMaaS) Own deals from first message to signed client Stay organized and keep momentum across multiple prospects Continuously improve your messaging and approach How You Get Paid Commission on closed deals (strong upside) $20 for every qualified meeting you book $40 for every lead that advances to a real opportunity You are rewarded for creating momentum, not just waiting for a close.
