Responsibilities:

Self-generate leads and build relationships with homeowners in assigned storm-affected territories through face-to-face outreach to identify roofing and exterior restoration needs Conduct property inspections (including roof assessments; must educate customers on available products, warranties, and services Manage your customer pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inspection to project completion Represent First Point Constructions brand and values with professionalism and integrity in every interaction

Qualifications:

Familiarity with roofing, solar, pest control, or other field-based industries a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass background/MVR checks Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to travel for annual sales training Enthusiasm for outside sales/direct marketing/D2D Sales (D2D is
