Evaluate existing residential HVAC systems and diagnose household airflow, comfort, and efficiency concerns. Present repair versus replacement options clearly and recommend custom heating, cooling, and air quality solutions based on customer needs and budget. Draft accurate HVAC replacement proposals and manage timely customer follow-ups. Work alongside installation and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Qualifications for Residential HVAC Sales Representative (Comfort Advisor) 2+ years of residential HVAC service, installation, maintenance, or sales experience. Strong communication and customer service skills with a consultative approach. Ability to translate technical HVAC concepts into easy-to-understand terms for homeowners.
