We're hiring experienced HVAC experts who deeply understand system applications, airflow, equipment matching, inverter technology, heat pumps, ductless systems, and real-world installations — and want to turn that knowledge into a high-income advisory career. If you're tired of attics, rooftops, crawl spaces, Florida summers, and physically grinding through installs and service calls, this is your opportunity to leverage your experience in a professional office environment with real long-term growth. No Attics. No Roofs. No Field Work. Just HVAC Expertise + High Earnings Potential. What You'll Do Take inbound calls from homeowners and contractors nationwide (no cold calling) Guide customers to the right HVAC solutions using your real-world field experience Recommend complete HVAC systems including: Central air conditioning systems Heat pumps Inverter systems Ductless mini splits High static mobile home HVAC equipment Residential and light commercial HVAC systems Assist with accurate equipment selection, applications, and AHRI system matching Train alongside our experienced team in our professional Winter Park office for approximately 4-5 months, then transition into a remote role upon successful completion of training and performance benchmarks. This is a draw + commission position with substantial upside for high performers. Requirements 7+ years of HVAC field experience Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems

Knowledge of:

Equipment sizing and applications Airflow and duct considerations AHRI system matching Heat pumps and inverter technology Mobile home HVAC systems Fluent Spanish required Strong communication skills and ability to build customer trust HVAC sales experience is a plus — but strong technical professionals are welcome Compensation & Benefits
