We provide 8-10 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments each week . You'll meet with interested homeowners, learn what they need, design the right solution, and confidently guide them toward a decision using our proven 10-Step Selling System. This Is a Regional Sales Territory , not compact metro territory—and we want to be upfront about that. Some days will include several hours of driving between appointments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, values independence, and is comfortable traveling longer distances in all seasons. Why Join Trident? What You'll Do:

Run approximately 8-10 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments each week Conduct engaging in-home design consultations with homeowners Use our proven 10-Step Selling System to create urgency, build value, and close sales Help customers design personalized bath and shower solutions based on their needs, style, and budget Demonstrate the quality, safety, and functionality of Jacuzzi® Bath Remodel products Present financing options and confidently ask for the sale Take accurate project measurements and document installation details Prepare complete, accurate contracts and work orders Communicate clearly with customers and internal production teams Travel throughout a regional territory for scheduled appointments

What We're Looking For:

Proven success in one-call-close, in-home, or high-ticket sales A competitive, self-motivated mindset and strong closing ability Confidence leading persuasive product demonstrations Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills Ability to connect with homeowners from a wide range of communities and backgrounds Strong organization and attention to detail when completing measurements, contracts, and paperwork Comfort working independently A valid driver's license and reliable transportation, Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but the ability to sell and close matters most Apply today to join Trident Bath & Shower!
