Closet Factory Kentucky is growing, and we're looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team. Our Sales Designers help homeowners transform cluttered spaces into beautiful, functional solutions. You'll learn to create personalized designs, present them confidently, and guide clients through the purchasing decision. Strong sales ability is our priority. We will teach you the design side of the business. We value people who bring creativity and fresh ideas while remaining disciplined, dependable, and results-focused. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive, hardworking team. What We Provide A steady flow of qualified appointments Paid sales and design training Proven presentation tools and design technology Ongoing coaching and team support Flexible scheduling Ability to work from home and in clients' homes Product samples and a professional carrying case Monthly earning potential of $4,000 - $10,000 What You'll Do Meet with homeowners for personalized consultations Identify each client's needs, style, and budget Measure spaces and create custom designs Recommend finishes, moldings, and accessories Present solutions, handle objections, and ask for the sale Follow up with clients and manage your sales pipeline Projects include custom closets, pantries, home offices, laundry rooms, entertainment centers, mudrooms, garages, and more. What We're Looking For Two or more years of sales experience preferred Strong closing and objection-handling skills Excellent communication and relationship-building ability Creative, energetic, and eager to learn Self-motivated, organized, and dependable Coachable and committed to improving Comfortable using computer-based technology Laptop required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, furniture, remodeling, automotive sales, luxury retail, or consultative selling is a plus.
