Independent Outside Sales Representative - Tree Service Commission Only Turner Grounds LLC Jacksonville, FL Independent Contractor Opportunity Flexible Schedule Job Description Turner Grounds LLC is seeking a motivated Independent Outside Sales Representative to generate new residential and commercial customers for our tree and property-maintenance services throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. This is a commission-only opportunity with no hourly wage. The representative will have the flexibility to create their own schedule and determine how and when to contact prospective customers. Responsibilities Identify and contact potential residential and commercial customers Develop relationships with homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, HOAs, contractors and landscaping companies Introduce prospective customers to our services Generate qualified leads and schedule estimates with the owner Follow up with prospective customers after estimates are provided Maintain an organized record of leads and referrals Promote tree trimming, palm trimming, property cleanup, debris removal and emergency tree services Represent the company professionally Qualifications Previous sales or lead-generation experience is preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable approaching and speaking with potential customers Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently Must have a phone and reliable transportation Familiarity with Jacksonville and the surrounding areas is preferred English is required; bilingual English and Spanish is a plus Compensation Commission-only opportunity; no hourly wage 10% commission on every completed and fully paid job generated by the representative Maximum commission of $500 per job Commission is calculated from the amount actually collected from the customer No commission is earned on canceled, unpaid or refunded jobs Commissions are paid weekly after the customer's payment has cleared About Turner Grounds LLC Turner Grounds LLC is a growing local company serving Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.
