Day Independent Contractor Opportunity Compensation:

$2,500 monthly consulting retainer + performance incentives About the Opportunity A senior living community in the Duncanville area is seeking an experienced Independent Sales & Census Growth Consultant for a 120-day engagement focused on increasing qualified leads, strengthening referral relationships, improving sales conversion, and supporting measurable census growth. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced senior living or healthcare sales professional who can independently develop and execute strategies that generate results. Engagement Objectives The primary objective is to support community census growth during the 120-day engagement while building a sustainable sales pipeline and referral network for continued growth.

Key objectives include:

• Strengthen and expand the existing sales pipeline.
• Develop new qualified lead-generation opportunities.
• Build and expand referral relationships within the healthcare and senior services community.
• Develop strategies to improve prospect engagement and conversion.
• Support tours, presentations, and sales consultations as appropriate.
• Evaluate opportunities and barriers affecting census growth.
• Provide recommendations and performance updates related to sales and census-growth opportunities.
• Establish a sustainable referral and business-development strategy. Performance Incentives In addition to the monthly consulting retainer, the Consultant may be eligible for performance-based incentives, including:
• $1,500 per qualified move-in
• $2,000 bonus for a net increase of 3 residents
• $3,500 bonus for a net increase of 4 or more residents
• $5,000 bonus upon reaching 30 residents
• Additional $7,500 bonus upon reaching full occupancy Specific incentive eligibility and payment terms will be outlined in the independent contractor agreement. Ideal Consultant The successful Consultant will have:
• Proven senior living, healthcare, or related sales experience.
• Demonstrated success generating and converting qualified leads.
• Strong referral development and networking skills.
• Knowledge of senior living sales and referral processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A results-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
• The ability to independently develop and execute sales-growth strategies.
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to make an immediate impact.
• Established relationships within the senior living, healthcare, or senior services community are a plus.

Independent Contractor Engagement This is an independent contractor consulting opportunity, not a traditional employee position. The Consultant will provide agreed-upon services independently and will have discretion regarding the methods and approach used to achieve the engagement objectives, subject to applicable laws, confidentiality requirements, resident safety requirements, and reasonable community requirements. The Consultant will be responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, business expenses, and other obligations associated with independent contractor status.
