The selected representative will contract directly with Main Street North LLC d/b/a Gold Main Street.
IMPORTANT COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
This is a commission-only independent-contractor role serving Tulsa and the broader eastern Oklahoma market. There is no hourly pay, salary, guaranteed income, required purchase, application fee, or employee benefits. Compensation is 10% of eligible completed customer orders attributed under the written commission plan. There is no downline commission or recruiting commission.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Gold Main Street is an online retailer of hemp-derived THCa products for adults 21 and older. We are selecting one independent representative who can develop lawful adult-customer referrals across Tulsa and the broader eastern Oklahoma market through self-directed relationship-building, outreach, and original content. A credible local approach may draw from music, nightlife, events, hospitality, creator, and community relationships, but the representative chooses lawful methods that fit their actual experience and network.
WHAT YOU WOULD DO
Identify and introduce eligible customers age 21+ in Tulsa and the broader eastern Oklahoma market. Direct interested adults to Gold Main Street through the unique tracking link or code provided after selection and contracting. Choose your own lawful outreach mix, including professional or personal relationships, hospitality or retail relationships, creator or community connections, direct customer outreach, original online content, or other permitted channels you can credibly operate. Communicate accurate product and store information without medical claims, misleading promises, spam, unauthorized discounts, delivery offers, public-consumption promotion, or child-directed marketing. Follow applicable laws, the terms of every promotional channel used, and Gold Main Street's written product, shipping, territory, and brand guardrails. You decide when, where, and how to perform the work. There are no required hours, mandatory meetings, scripts, quotas, exclusive assigned accounts, or employee-style supervision.
COMPENSATION
Commission only: 10% of the final eligible product-sale amount actually paid after coupons and discounts. Commission is not calculated on pre-discount cart value, taxes, shipping, refunded amounts, cancelled orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, or excluded products. Approved commissions are paid monthly under the written commission plan. Customers attributed under the plan remain connected for future eligible completed purchases while the relationship remains eligible under the plan. No downline commission, recruiting commission, signup bonus, performance bonus, or earnings guarantee is offered by this listing.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 21 years old. Based in, familiar with, or credibly able to serve Tulsa and the broader eastern Oklahoma market. Comfortable discussing lawful hemp-derived THCa products with adults 21+. Able to build trust, communicate clearly, and find customers without a fixed script or daily supervision. Willing to comply with applicable laws, platform terms, customer-destination restrictions, and written product and brand rules. Prior referral, customer-development, hospitality, retail, creator, community-outreach, content, or relationship-based sales experience can help, but it is not required. We care more about sound judgment, local credibility, and a realistic lawful customer-development approach for Tulsa and the broader eastern Oklahoma market.
