Inside Sales Agent

Job description Semper Home Loans is hiring a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to power our growth. You'll be cold-calling, booking appointments, and generating leads to connect our loan officers with new clients and realtor partners.

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls daily to prospects and referral partners. Book qualified appointments for loan officers. Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up. Track activity in CRM to keep pipeline organized.

Experience We're Looking For:

1+ year in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold-calling. Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills. Self-motivated with proven ability to hit call/appointment targets. Mortgage or real estate industry experience a plus.
