JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Representative located in or near Longwood, FL, to join our team at Wire 3. In this role, you will play a key part in our mission to provide the fastest and most reliable internet service to customers throughout Florida. You will connect with potential customers, assess their needs, and present our outstanding fiber optic internet solutions tailored to meet those needs. Were offering a competitive, local alternative to the big providers, and we need passionate team members to help us share that message with the communities we proudly serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Initiate contact with prospective customers through phone, email, and chat to introduce and promote Wire 3s fiber optic internet servicesIdentify customer pain points and needs to effectively convey the unique value of Wire 3s offeringsMaintain an in-depth understanding of Wire 3s products, services, and competitive advantages to enhance customer interactionsAchieve and surpass sales targets through diligent follow-ups and a consultative sales approachFoster and sustain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyaltyPartner with Marketing and Field Sales teams to refine sales strategies and optimize campaignsAccurately record all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM systemOther duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES

Confident, outgoing, and personable with exceptional verbal and written communication abilitiesStrong listening skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer serviceTeam-oriented yet self-motivated and capable of working independently as a self-starterProficient multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAdaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and responsive to changing customer needsTech-savvy with proficiency in using personal computers and tablets and a basic understanding of internet services and technologyProven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or telemarketing, ideally in telecommunications or the technology industry preferredDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate the value of services and close salesMust be able to pass a criminal background check

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED requiredSales experience preferred but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This is an in-office role based in Daytona Beach, FL, four days per week with Wednesdays designated as a work-from-home dayAvailability to work a variety of shifts including afternoons, evenings, and weekends; shift schedules are assigned based on business needs and team coverage requirements
