The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to temporarily assist with various aspects of our sales operations. This role will support the Global Sales team in ensuring efficient and effective sales processes, managing customer inquiries, data management, performance tracking and assisting with sales reports.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Sales Process Support:

Assist in the execution and optimization of sales processes, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.

Data Management:

Maintain and update sales data in CRM systems (e.g., Magic Touch, Power BI, Map My Customers and HubSpot), ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Order Processing:

Entering and managing orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting and Analytics:

Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports, presentations, and commissions, providing insights to support decision-making and identifying trends.

Sales Support:

Assisting with sales materials, presentations, and other tasks to support the sales team.

Operational Coordination:

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Customer Care) to ensure alignment and smooth operations.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying areas for improvement.

Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation for sales processes and best practices.

Support Initiatives:

Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Administrative Tasks:

Handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in sales operations or a related role is preferred.

Customer Service Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Data Management Skills:

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Magic Touch, Power BI, Map My Customers and HubSpot) and data entry.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, attention to detail, identify trends, and generate reports.

Communication Skills:

Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.

Microsoft Office Suite:
