This is an in-office, inside sales role that requires heavy outbound phone calls. We are seeking an experienced ISR with a history of developing client relationships. This is a high activity sales role that requires consistency, professionalism, and strong communication skills.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00

PM Location:

In office only (no remote work)

Compensation:

$22-$25/BOE +commission As an ISR you will work directly with manufacturing and industrial facilities to support their repair, replacement, and parts needs. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach to promote products and services, Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to generate new business Provide outstanding customer support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the sales process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, data entry, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds Work with manufacturing & industrial clients on repair and parts needs Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, contributing to client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets, share insights, and improve overall service quality Qualifications Multilingual skills are highly preferred; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is advantageous Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; excellent typing skills for data entry Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently Experience in client services or customer support roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills Strong B2B sales and communication skills Good analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions Embark on a rewarding career path where your energy and dedication can truly shine!
