The main responsibility of this position is to conduct phone sales and develop new customers for our commercial lighting products.

Responsibilities:

• Actively develop potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Understand customer needs and accurately identify their purchasing requirements to provide suitable solutions
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships to support sales conversion
• Assist with order communication and after-sales support

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, with the ability to listen carefully and understand customer needs
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Experience in lighting/building materials industry is preferred, but not required (training will be provided)
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
