- Interact with customers via phone and email to drive the sale of maintenance services into non
- strategic and Procurri HW/ITAD accounts . The primary measurement for this will be your overall booking performance against quota. 20
- Maintain the accuracy of our Salesforce CRM (updating pipeline, creating/updating contact/address/account/relationship information, submitting cancellation requests, etc.). CRM based pipeline/account reviews will be the primary measurement for this (accuracy of data entered, timely updates to opportunities, complaints from other departments, etc.) 20
- Manage administration of sales team's opportunities and accounts, providing maintenance sales support for new and renewal opportunities (entering/booking opps, organizing/chasing missing data, completing/uploading templates, requesting revised quotes ,etc.) The primary measurement for this will be reviews from sales staff supported. 20
- Send renewal reminders and quotes to internal reps & external contacts regarding renewals. The primary measurement for this will be our overall renewal rate on assigned accounts and maintaining a proactive approach to renewals as reviews in weekly meetings. 10
- Provide sales reps with coverage when reps are OOO/on customer visits.

$58,000.00- $65,000.
