The position exists to drive customer maintenance business from a sales perspective and provide support of the sales staff in that goal. The objectives of this position are: Responsibilities Manage non-strategic accounts & Procurri HW/ITAD rep maintenance business from a new and renewals perspective Quota to be set annually by Regional VP of Sales Send reminders and quotes to partners regarding renewals in Strategic accounts Coordinate with Account managers regarding approach for each renewal within "Strategic Accounts" on a weekly call Function as internal sales support for account managers Liaise with Bid desk, Order processing, Onboarding and Service Delivery Managers to ensure smooth transition from Sales to order fulfilment Assist with SF pipeline management Provide coverage when Account Managers are at customer visits or out of office Assist with RFP responses 30
  • Interact with customers via phone and email to drive the sale of maintenance services into non
  • strategic and Procurri HW/ITAD accounts . The primary measurement for this will be your overall booking performance against quota. 20
  • Maintain the accuracy of our Salesforce CRM (updating pipeline, creating/updating contact/address/account/relationship information, submitting cancellation requests, etc.). CRM based pipeline/account reviews will be the primary measurement for this (accuracy of data entered, timely updates to opportunities, complaints from other departments, etc.) 20
  • Manage administration of sales team's opportunities and accounts, providing maintenance sales support for new and renewal opportunities (entering/booking opps, organizing/chasing missing data, completing/uploading templates, requesting revised quotes ,etc.) The primary measurement for this will be reviews from sales staff supported. 20
  • Send renewal reminders and quotes to internal reps & external contacts regarding renewals. The primary measurement for this will be our overall renewal rate on assigned accounts and maintaining a proactive approach to renewals as reviews in weekly meetings. 10
  • Provide sales reps with coverage when reps are OOO/on customer visits.
The measurement for this will be reviews from the sales staff being supported. Requirements 4-year degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or account management Comfortable with negotiation and having conversations with sales/procurement departments High confidence in managing customer quoting, contracts, and terms Strong customer-facing acumen and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Strong focus and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and to help manage a high volume of accounts Able to build relationships quickly and work across many cross-functional teams Must be self
  • motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently with little oversight to deliver to deadlines and ensure timeliness of renewals Ambition to look for opportunities to expand the scope of service Skilled in using Microsoft Excel
