As an Inside/Outside Parts Sales Representative, you will promote and sell a comprehensive range of crushing, screening, conveying, and equipment wear parts — including conveyor belting and screen media — for our customers throughout New York State, Pennsylvania and the surrounding region.
This is a hybrid role:
approximately 75% of your time will be based in our Liverpool, NY office handling inbound and outbound parts sales calls, and 25% of your time will be spent visiting and soliciting accounts in the field. You will be responsible for your defined customer base and accountable for meeting and exceeding their expectations while providing excellent service. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve amicably as company ambassador to the client, providing comprehensive information to ensure positive relations and future sales Understand the products being sold and communicate freely with customers to identify their current needs and suggest upsell opportunities Make outbound calls and field inbound calls, collecting all pertinent data for successful order execution Recognize crushing, screening, and conveying equipment and discuss potential solutions with customers Regularly visit and solicit accounts in the field to build relationships and grow business Effectively engage prospective customers for future sales Work as part of a team, ensuring clear communication from point of sale through order fulfillment Strong computing ability to digitally process all paperwork associated with a sale Strong organizational and planning skills to manage both in-office responsibilities and field travel efficiently
Job Requirements Skills and Experience:
3-5+ years of directly related parts sales experience; aggregate, quarry, or construction operations experience preferred Strong consultative, organizational, and communication skills Communication to be thorough, precise, and prompt Experience maintaining positive customer relationships with clients and suppliers Must be technically inclined to understand the products Accountability — required for all commitments and decisions Excellent time management skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; occasional travel required Compensation Salary + Commission (commensurate with experience) Health insurance + Retirement Mileage/fuel allowance for field visits

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
