Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative, referred to internally as an Intake Coordinator (IC), is a mission-critical role directly impacting REE Medical's growth and client success. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, ICs are responsible for responding to leads, conducting high-quality client consultations, and converting qualified prospects into customers through a compliant, empathetic, and professional sales process. Intake Coordinators manage a high-volume lead pipeline, conduct frequent outbound and inbound calls, assess disability conditions and symptom progression, and guide clients through the decision-making process. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and the ability to work efficiently with multiple clients each day in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outreach to warm inbound leads while monitoring inbound call queues. Actively manage and prioritize an individual lead pipeline to ensure timely follow-up, accurate qualification, and consistent progression of prospects through the sales process. Establish rapport with prospective clients through professional and empathetic communication. Present REE Medical's services and value proposition clearly and compliantly. Conduct accurate evaluations of disability severity using REE tools. Address objections while maintaining urgency. Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM. Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and data privacy requirements. Collaborate across teams to ensure accurate invoice processing Participate in coaching and training activities.

Achievement of monthly sales targets and KPIs Accuracy of CRM documentation Compliance with sales processes and policies Performance against a balanced scorecard Client satisfaction and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
3+ years of inside or B2C sales experience CRM experience (Salesforce) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort with phone-based work Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
