Position:
Lead Closer / Inside Sales - Residential Flooring We are currently seeking a driven and organized Lead Closer / Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves following up with leads, converting estimates into booked jobs, and managing the sales pipeline while maintaining professionalism and strong communication with potential customers. Responsibilities Follow up on unsold estimates via phone, text, and email Respond quickly to inbound leads from Google, Thumbtack, and Angi Book appointments and move prospects through the sales process Track and manage leads in the CRM system Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversions Communicate effectively with customers and team members Meet weekly and monthly sales targets Requirements Experience in inside sales, lead follow-up, or appointment setting preferred Flooring, home improvement, or construction sales experience is a plus Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to manage multiple leads and stay organized Self-motivated and results-driven Comfortable working in a commission-based environment Reliable and consistent with follow-up What We Offer Base pay plus commission Uncapped earning potential Steady flow of inbound leads Supportive team environment Growth opportunity into a Sales Manager role Long-term opportunity for the right candidate If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for the flooring industry and a strong ability to build relationships with both vendors and customers, we would love to hear from you.
