Lead Generator / Sales Representative

Overview PaneDoc Window Relief is looking for a motivated lead generator and sales representative to help bring in new window cleaning customers. Your job will be to find potential residential and commercial customers, contact them, explain our services, and help turn leads into booked jobs. This may include door-to-door outreach, calling local businesses, messaging prospects online, following up with interested customers, and helping close window cleaning appointments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident talking to people, self-motivated, and wants to earn based on results.

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads for residential and commercial window cleaning Speak with homeowners, storefronts, offices, and property managers Explain our services and pricing clearly Follow up with potential customers Help schedule estimates or booked jobs Track leads, conversations, and closed jobs Represent the business professionally

Requirements:

Strong communication skills Comfortable talking to strangers and business owners Self-motivated and reliable Sales or customer service experience is a plus Must be professional and respectful Transportation is preferred

Pay Structure:

This position is commission-based. You can a percentage of each closed jobs depending on experience and performance.

Ideal Candidate:
