Approximately 75% of your success will come from creating your own opportunities through networking, outreach, referrals, partnerships, cold calling, and developing relationships with businesses, real estate professionals, apartment communities, storage facilities, senior living communities, and other referral partners. The remaining portion of your time will be spent handling inbound opportunities and helping convert qualified leads into booked moves. We're Looking For Someone Who Is highly competitive.
