The Opportunity The Leader, Field & Sales Training will lead and develop a team of training professionals while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance, and other cross-functional leaders. This individual will oversee product training, selling skills, disease-state education, business acumen, field coaching, and training strategy. Responsibilities Lead and develop field and sales training professionals. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to align training with business objectives. Oversee the development and delivery of commercial training programs. Conduct needs assessments and identify performance gaps. Provide oversight and coaching to field training managers. Measure training effectiveness and business impact. Serve as the training subject matter expert and liaison to commercial brand teams. Manage multiple projects, vendors, and budgets within a matrixed organization. Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience. 4+ years of training, teaching, or commercial learning experience. Neurology experience preferred. Experience with buy-and-bill and reimbursement support preferred. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and virtual training. Strong presentation, leadership, communication, and project management skills. Complex disease state, rare disease, biologics, diagnostics, or market-shaping experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$240k - $250
K Bonus:
20-25% of base salary

$30,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package Hybrid Position This is a hybrid role requiring the individual to work from the company's Northern NJ home office at least 3 days per week, with additional travel for field coaching, training programs, and regional/national meetings.
