We're a growing insurance agency in Reno, and we're hiring a driven producer to work a steady flow of fresh leads. We buy the leads and deliver them to you daily through our CRM. Your job is fast, persistent follow-up that turns them into clients. Your role : Quickly respond to new auto and home leads and follow up via phone, text, and email Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies Follow a proven follow-up system in our CRM to address new and aged leads Send paperwork for e-signature and bind policies with payment Build relationships and ask for referrals and cross-sells What we're looking for : A Nevada Property & Casualty license, or willingness to get one within 30 days (we'll help) Sales experience, with insurance, phone sales, or inbound leads a big plus Fast, organized, and comfortable working in a CRM Clear, friendly communication and a drive to hit goals What we offer Base pay of $3,000/month plus commission and bonuses (must hit production requirement every month) Paid leads delivered daily, so no prospecting from scratch Full training on our products and sales process Room to grow with a growing agency
