As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our presence across the region. Position Overview We are seeking a driven, relationship‑focused sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, outdoor‑oriented industry. This is a field-based role with regular site visits and strong earning potential for a motivated self-starter. In this role, you will be the face of Bluewater Marine. Meeting with homeowners, marinas, contractors, and commercial clients to understand their needs and guide them toward the best marine construction solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through outreach, networking, and lead follow‑up. Conduct site visits to assess project needs and gather accurate information. Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and project options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and community contacts. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community functions. Qualifications Prior sales experience (construction, marine, or related field preferred). Effective communication and negotiation skills Ability to read site conditions and understand basic construction concepts. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Comfortable working in outdoor environments during site assessments.
