The Market Specialist will provide support to the Commercial Sales team through reporting, administration, and coordination.
Office/Location:
Hybrid 3x a week based out of Miramar , FL office.
Compensation:
$ 58,000-$72,000/ annually + bonus Job responsibilities
Market Reporting:
Develops and monitors monthly brand performance and provides MHUSA with detailed monthly analysis of the brand performance, outlining issues and opportunities (Internal) Supports market with additional reporting as needed by the General Manager (Internal)
Administrative:
Manages purchase order process (e.g., writing and processing purchase orders) (Distributor Facing) Manages POS ordering with the distributor and reconciles POS reporting (Distributor Facing) Supports with invoice coding and T&E management (Internal) Assists with regional coordination regarding report and feedback consolidation, meetings, and logistic (Distributor Facing) Support the accurate and timely management of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses, including expense tracking, reporting, reconciliation, reclasses, and adherence to company policies. Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Sales teams responding to ad hoc requests including Maison visits, market tour, group trips, etc. Assist with scheduling, logistics, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements to support market activities and business objectives. Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation to support market operations and budget management. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and execution of market-related projects and requests. Invoice Coding Support Assist in invoice coding in PD Web; ensuring accurate WBS coding and Spend Type Assist in reconciliation of actual spend vs budget including tracking open invoices Assist in A&P and T&E reclasses on behalf of market managers (Internal)
Profile Education:
Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience required Professional Experience 1- 3+ years of experience in a business analytical role with commercial expertise, preferably in the luxury consumer goods or U.S. wines and spirits industries. Practical/Technical Knowledge Well-developed finance and budget management skills Able to work with all levels of the organization Interpersonal relationship skills Comfortable with large data sets and learning internal database systems Organized and able to prioritize work Overall revenue, margin, and growth Quality, execution, and timeliness of business analysis materials in support of Commercial Sales Leads Internal stakeholder satisfaction (General Managers, Market Directors)
