Join the team at Mother Earth! We are hiring an exceptional and dynamic Field Sales Representative to help drive our business forward in the Idaho and Montana markets. This role is perfect for an organized and motivated individual who is excited about selling beer and working in the craft beer world. The home base for this full-time position is our brewery in Nampa, Idaho but the bulk of time is spent out in the market. This position will report to the Director of Sales. General Responsibilities

• Win new accounts both on and off premise within the territory assigned. This includes organizing daily work schedule to identify potential customers, conduct tastings, pursue follow up meetings, oversee product delivery to new accounts, and follow up after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain relationships and sales of existing accounts. Check in with beer buyers of existing accounts on a routine and scheduled basis to ensure customer satisfaction with products best suited to their needs
• Work with Distributor on program execution in both On and Off Premise. This would include ad activity, end cap displays, stack out opportunities, beer of the month features.
• Schedule both On and Off Premise Promotions. Pint Night's, Tap Takeover's and live samplings.
• Staying on track to hit both On and Off Premise volume and distribution goals.
• Gaining additional distribution in On Premise accounts and maximizing Off Premise opportunities with display space.
• Continually research and understand market trends to share with team and leverage to maintain existing accounts and win new accounts
• Schedule and attend Ride Alongs with Distributor representatives to foster relationships with customers and Distributor representatives and to gain market insight attend Sales meetings.
• Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
• Submit all required reporting documentation
• Resolve customer complaints and issues quickly and professionally
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beer styles and Mother Earth products, menus and promotions
• Represent Mother Earth at approved and scheduled festivals, tastings, and other official Mother Earth events
• Be an ambassador for Mother Earth, Distributor and craft beer
• Maintain care of Mother Earth owned event equipment per Standard Operating Procedures
• Submits receipts for all expenses on a weekly basis
• Maintain good care of assigned vehicle
• Follow Mother Earth Standard Operating Procedures for invoicing and cash handling as required
• Maintain brand elements and integrity of intellectual property for any Mother Earth approved mark
• Acknowledge and comply with the Mother Earth Employee Handbook
• Other duties as may be required or assigned by management Qualifications
• Detailed knowledge of beer styles, ingredients, flavors, and descriptions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• General knowledge of the brewing process
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repetitively
• Open availability to include weekends and holidays as may be required
• Excellent driving record
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• 21 years or older
