Key 2 Restore is looking for a confident and motivated Account Executive to develop relationships with local businesses and generate new restoration opportunities throughout Northeast Florida. This is a flexible commission based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building a professional network, and taking control of their earning potential. What You Will Do Connect with plumbers, property managers, HVAC companies, contractors, real estate professionals, and other referral partners Introduce local businesses to Key 2 Restore and the services we provide Generate qualified restoration opportunities Follow up with referral partners and help develop long term relationships Keep track of contacts, referrals, and results Compensation Earn up to 10% commission on collected revenue from qualified jobs you generate Commission percentage is based on your involvement in creating, developing, and maintaining the referral relationship The more value and continued business you bring, the greater your earning potential Commission is paid after Key 2 Restore receives payment for the job This opportunity does not include guaranteed hourly pay or salary Who We Are Looking For Outgoing and confident when speaking with new people Motivated by results and earning potential Professional, dependable, and responsive Comfortable working independently Consistent with communication and follow up Able to travel locally with reliable transportation Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, networking, real estate, property management, or business development is helpful. Restoration experience is not required.
