We're looking for a driven and experienced sales pro who thrives on building relationships, winning new accounts, and helping customers grow their business. What You'll Do Hunt down and win new business with contractors, designers, and multi-unit accounts. Build and deepen relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue potential. Lead in-person presentations, trainings, and product demos. Collaborate with our support team to deliver a seamless, high-touch customer experience. Leverage CRM (Salesforce) and digital platforms to track activity, manage pipeline, and stay organized. Represent Highland Cabinetry Colorado with professionalism, energy, and a consultative approach. What You Bring Proven sales track record: cabinet sales experience preferred, but strong B2B building products sales will be considered. 5+ years of business development and account management success. Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM). Ability to present, negotiate, and close deals with confidence. 2020/Pro Kitchen design software knowledge is a big plus. Spanish fluency is a plus.
