Growing company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the United States. This position will focus on selling cosmetic vegetable oils to personal-care manufacturers, contract manufacturers, private-label companies, cosmetic brands, formulators, and ingredient distributors. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify, pursue, and secure new customers. The successful candidate will be comfortable prospecting, building relationships, presenting products, coordinating samples and quotations, and managing opportunities through the entire sales process. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new personal-care accounts throughout the United States. Prospect by telephone, email, LinkedIn, industry databases, trade shows, referrals, and in-person visits. Sell cosmetic vegetable oils, carrier oils, organic oils, custom blends, and private-label products. Build relationships with purchasing, sourcing, formulation, research and development, quality, regulatory, and executive contacts. Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products and packaging options. Coordinate product samples, quotations, technical documents, and customer follow-up. Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the evaluation and approval process. Negotiate pricing and sales terms within company guidelines. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and document activities in the company's CRM system. Prepare sales forecasts and regular activity reports. Attend customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed. Work closely with management, customer service, operations, quality, and logistics to support new business. Meet established sales, new-account, and profitability goals. Preferred Qualifications Outside B2B sales experience, preferably in personal care, cosmetics, specialty chemicals, food ingredients, or related markets. Experience selling cosmetic ingredients, vegetable oils, carrier oils, butters, emollients, or similar raw materials is strongly preferred. Established relationships within the personal-care industry are a plus. Proven ability to prospect for and secure new customers. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to explain product features and technical information professionally and accurately. Comfortable working independently and managing a nationwide sales territory. Strong organizational, CRM, pipeline-management, and forecasting skills. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States as required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
