We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with experience in the forwarding / logistics industry to help expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Job Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain services Build and maintain relationships with importers, exporters, and corporate clients Prepare quotations for air freight, ocean freight, and inland transportation Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly targets Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Attend networking events and industry meetings when needed Requirements 2 years experience in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping industry preferred Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to generate leads and close deals independently Knowledge of air, ocean, and ground freight services is a plus Proficiency in email, CRM systems, and basic office software Self-motivated and target-driven Mandarin speaker a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Performance bonuses Opportunity for career growth Supportive team environment Training and industry development Excellent benefits with dental, vision, health insurance and 401K Bonus program
