Full-time Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop new business and maintain strong customer relationships across the continental United States. This role partners with OEM/Tier 1 engineers and design teams to support new product development using gasket solutions while managing contracts, pricing agreements, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal operations, ensure timely project completion, and provide exceptional service. Candidates should have experience in aerospace/defense industries, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%, including visits to our home factory in New Jersey.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required Minimum of 5 years of sales or business development experience Experience working with OEM/Tier 1 customers in aerospace and defense industries preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Pay:

$85,000.00
