SE Pennsylvania, Delaware, MD, and New Jersey Day travel only $75,000-$125,000+ | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Laurel Valley Soils is hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow new business and build strong customer relationships across SE Pennsylvania, Delaware, MD, and New Jersey. This rare sales position is a fantastic opportunity for a person with strong drive and commitment to excellence. This is a true outside sales role focused on prospecting, cold calling, opening new accounts, and developing relationships with contractors, landscapers, and other commercial customers. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, competitive, hungry, tenacious, relentless, enjoys the challenge of winning business face-to-face and uses rejection as fuel to close the next prospect on the list. What you'll do Prospect and develop new business throughout your territory. Build relationships with contractors, landscapers, and commercial decision-makers. Visit prospects and customers in the field to identify opportunities. Manage your sales pipeline and CRM (Hubspot) and follow up consistently. Close new business and grow long-term accounts. What we're looking for 1-5 years of outside sales, B2B sales, or strong customer-facing sales experience Confidence with cold outreach, relationship-building, and closing Strong communication skills, and most importantly the ability to truly listen and hear your prospects' needs, wants, and points of pain. Strong organizational skills, accountability, and positivity The ability to work independently, the desire and willingness to receive coaching, and the openness to learn new skills and processes. Experience in landscape, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus.
