Base salary + uncapped commission About Us Creative Hands Printing is a South Florida custom embroidery and print shop serving businesses, schools, teams, and organizations with branded apparel, merch stores, and institutional orders. We're growing fast — new equipment, a second Hialeah location as a showroom/sales hub, and a real pipeline of B2B work waiting to be developed. The Role We're looking for a hunter — someone who thrives on getting out into the community, knocking on doors, and building relationships that turn into recurring accounts. This isn't an inbound, wait-for-the-phone-to-ring job. You'll be responsible for actively prospecting new business: schools, sports leagues, corporate offices, nonprofits, medical practices, restaurants, and any organization that needs uniforms, branded merch, or promotional apparel. What You'll Do Prospect and cold-call/cold-visit new business accounts in the South Florida area Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and B2B clients Present our capabilities (embroidery, DTF, screen print, branded online merch stores) to decision-makers Close deals and set up recurring/repeat ordering relationships Represent Creative Hands Printing at local events, trade shows, and community networking opportunities Work with our production team to ensure smooth handoff from sale to delivery Track leads and pipeline activity in our CRM We want to get to know the person behind the resume.
