What You'll Be Doing Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to: Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their project needs. Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication and service. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries. Follow up on estimates and opportunities through outbound calls and customer outreach. Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation. Coordinate projects with office staff and field crews to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Manage multiple projects while keeping customers informed every step of the way. Represent Oddjobr Services with professionalism, integrity, and confidence. What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: Personable and confident communicating with customers. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment. Professional, dependable, and eager to learn. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Experienced in construction, property maintenance, estimating, project coordination, or related industries (preferred but not required).
