Field-based, Tacoma / Seattle / Puget Sound Reports to: Sales Manager / Director of Sales Position Summary We are seeking a hunter-minded outside sales professional to win new business across HOAs, multifamily housing developments, commercial buildings, industrial sites, retail centers, healthcare, education, and related property-heavy verticals. This role is focused on selling recurring maintenance, inspection, cleaning, compliance, and repair services tied to stormwater, drainage, sewer, and environmental infrastructure. The ideal candidate understands how to prospect into property managers, facilities leaders, regional managers, ownership groups, contractors, and operations stakeholders. This person should be comfortable selling both urgent service needs and proactive recurring service agreements. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, email outreach, site visits, networking, referrals, and industry events Build relationships with HOAs, community associations, multifamily operators, commercial property managers, facilities managers, contractors, and owners Identify service opportunities involving stormwater systems, catch basins, vaults, conveyance piping, separators, ponds, bioswales, and related infrastructure Conduct site assessments and discovery meetings to uncover maintenance, compliance, and repair needs Prepare and present proposals for inspections, cleaning, maintenance programs, repairs, and recurring service agreements Convert one-time projects into long-term maintenance contracts and multi-site portfolio agreements Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, forecasting, and follow-up schedules Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth project handoff and customer onboarding Represent the company at trade associations, property management events, and networking functions Consistently meet or exceed targets for outreach, meetings, proposals, wins, and revenue generation Target Verticals HOAs and community associations Multifamily and housing developments Commercial office and mixed-use properties Retail centers and shopping centers Industrial and distribution facilities Healthcare and education campuses Contractors and private site owners Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience Proven hunter with success generating net-new business Experience selling services rather than only products Background in one or more of the following: stormwater, environmental services, plumbing/drain, hydro-excavation, facilities services, infrastructure maintenance, property services, or compliance-related services Experience calling on property managers, facilities teams, HOA managers, commercial real estate stakeholders, contractors, or related buyers Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to explain technical services in a simple, business-focused way Comfortable working in the field, performing site walk-throughs, and managing a territory Strong CRM discipline and forecasting habits Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory What Success Looks Like Builds a strong self-generated pipeline of qualified opportunities Wins new logos across target verticals Sells recurring maintenance agreements, not just one-off projects Develops trusted relationships with property and facilities decision-makers Turns emergency or reactive work into long-term contracted revenue Maintains a disciplined cadence of prospecting, follow-up, proposal activity, and pipeline management Preferred Qualifications Experience selling recurring service contracts Experience in stormwater, wastewater, sewer, drainage, environmental, or facility maintenance services Existing relationships in multifamily, HOA, commercial real estate, or contractor channels Familiarity with proposal-based sales cycles and field-driven account development Compensation Base salary plus commission Performance incentives tied to new business generation, closed revenue, and contract growth Vehicle allowance and business expense reimbursement, if applicable Benefits package offered based on company plan
