Outside Sales Representative (Missoula, MT Territory) About the Role We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to recruit local businesses into a growing delivery partner program. This field-based role combines prospecting, relationship-building, and community outreach. You'll meet business owners face-to-face, manage your pipeline in Salesforce, and earn uncapped commission based on successful partner signups. Key Responsibilities Prospect and visit local businesses throughout the assigned territory. Present and promote the delivery partner program to business owners. Qualify prospects and guide them through the onboarding process. Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in Salesforce. Support local networking and recruitment events. Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process. Travel throughout the territory as needed (up to approximately 2 hours each way). Qualifications 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience. Previous outside sales, field sales, territory sales, or door-to-door experience preferred. Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred). Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Comfortable working independently in a field-based role. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other technology tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
