Cresco-Resco is a multi-outlet retail store in business for over 45+ years. We seek an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM system Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecasts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities Requirements 3+ years of successful outside sales experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong presentation and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Netsuite experience preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel within assigned territory (50-70% travel) What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Company car allowance or mileage reimbursement Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Sales training and professional development opportunities Mobile phone and iPad provided Location Las Vegas and surrounding areas Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Capable of lifting and carrying sales materials and equipment up to 25 lbs Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently Qualified candidates, please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your sales experience and achievements.
