This isn't your typical 9-5 job. You'll be talking to homeowners, knocking doors, building relationships, generating your own opportunities, and learning the skills that can take you far beyond window cleaning. We're looking for people who are hungry to improve, willing to get uncomfortable, and ready to challenge themselves. No prior sales experience is required, although experience with door-to-door sales, customer service, or another sales environment is a plus. What You'll Do Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and introduce Blue Rock Window Cleaning to homeowners Generate leads and close new residential window cleaning customers Communicate professionally and confidently with homeowners Identify customer needs and explain our services and value Follow up with leads and potential customers Use our CRM to track leads, customers, conversations, and follow-ups Schedule appointments and manage your sales pipeline Maintain accurate customer information and job details Consistently prospect and create new opportunities Work independently while staying accountable to goals and expectations Communicate with the team regarding sales, scheduling, and customer needs Learn from feedback and continuously improve your sales approach Represent Blue Rock professionally in the community What We're Looking For Motivated and self-driven Comfortable talking to new people Coachable and willing to learn Strong work ethic Competitive and goal-oriented Reliable and consistent Able to handle rejection without giving up Willing to work outside and stay active Organized enough to manage leads, follow-ups, and a schedule Comfortable learning and using CRM software Sales or door-to-door experience is preferred, but not required The Reality of Door-to-Door Sales Door-to-door sales is not easy.
