Job Description

Exciting Outside Sales Rep opportunity in Cleveland OH! Weekly Base pay + Uncapped Commission! Field & Remote work (weekly mileage reimbursement) Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a new delivery program launching in the area. As a Delivery Program Recruiter, you will be tasked with recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. This role involves working closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage with prospective businesses, pitch the program, qualify businesses, guide them through the application process, drive referrals, and coordinate recruitment events. The position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers the potential to earn commission. Responsibilities + Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance. + Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest for application. + Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process. + Lead activity and manage the pipeline in Salesforce. + Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings. + Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations. + Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills + 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience. + Experience in outside/field sales is required. + CRM experience required, preferably Salesforce. + Proficiency in outbound sales. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Exceptional customer service and communication skills. + Field sales experience is a plus. + Prior experience in a role involving sales and/or negotiation with customers is advantageous. + Professionalism, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a high sense of urgency. + Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for applicants in the field. + Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology. + Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily. Work Environment The role involves being on the road 4-5 days a week with the remainder of the time working from home. The position covers the Cleveland, OH territory, including travel to surrounding towns for business recruitment. The role offers benefits such as uncapped commission, phone bill reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for two weeks of PTO after a successful six-month performance review. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cleveland, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
