Job Description

Lithtex NW is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to promote our expert printing services! Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for connecting businesses with expert printing solutions? Lithtex NW, a division of Northwest Center, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Greater Bellingham Area. Reporting to the Lithtex NW Director, Sales and Operations, you'll use a consultative approach to expand our reach to businesses, retailers, industries, and institutions. This role focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social selling. You'll collaborate with our production team to deliver exceptional printing services to clients. We are looking for a local candidate working remotely based in the Greater Bellingham Area, as the position requires local travel for sales meetings, networking, and marketing.

Essential Functions:
Drive growth by building strong relationships in your territory. Identify and engage prospects through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals. Cultivate key accounts by connecting with decision-makers and influencers. Collaborate with production and operations teams to meet customer needs. Achieve sales targets and maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
Deep understanding of the printing industry. 3+ years of B2B direct sales experience, particularly in a cold-calling or outside sales environment. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach. Based out of or near Bellingham, WA.
