Painting Sales Consultant Performance Painting Contractors | South Territory | Full-Time Job Type Full-Time Location
- South Jacksonville to St. Augustine area Pay
- Base + Commission Travel
- 25 % About the Role Performance Painting Contractors is hiring a Painting Sales Consultant to grow our commercial presence south Jacksonville to the St.
- Prospect and develop new commercial painting accounts throughout south Jacksonville and St. Augustine.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility owners, general contractors, and other decision-makers.
- Attend local networking and industry events to strengthen Performance Painting's market presence.
- Meet with customers to understand property needs, project scope, timelines, budgets, and expectations.
- Visit sites, perform takeoffs, estimate project costs, prepare proposals, and present solutions. Training will be provided, but you will be responsible for estimating your own opportunities.
- Follow proposals through the decision-making process and maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Stay involved after award by coordinating with the field team, communicating with customers, helping resolve questions, and confirming satisfaction.
- Identify repeat, referral, and future opportunities after project completion. Who We Are Looking For

- A problem solver who listens carefully and helps develop practical solutions for customers. Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience required.
- Construction-related or B2B sales experience strongly preferred.
- Commercial painting, coatings, estimating, or project takeoff experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable prospecting, networking, using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the territory.
- Must successfully complete required background screening and drug screening. What We Provide
