Ideal for someone looking to build a meaningful part-time income with flexibility. This is a flexible, part-time independent contractor role for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is motivated by results. You will help clients rethink how their kitchens and cabinets function day to day, creating more space, better access, and a more enjoyable home. What You Will Do Conduct in home design consultations with homeowners using both company provided and self generated leads Listen, identify pain points, and recommend thoughtful storage solutions Design and present custom solutions for kitchens, pantries, bathrooms, and more Convert consultations into sales through a consultative, no pressure approach Manage your pipeline including leads, estimates, photos, and follow ups Build your own referral network and generate additional opportunities What Makes This Role Different Work directly with homeowners instead of being in a showroom See immediate impact in how people live in their homes Flexible schedule with control over your time Strong earning potential based on performance We provide training, tools, and company provided leads Who This Is A Great Fit For This role tends to be a strong fit for people with backgrounds in Kitchen or interior design Closet design or home organization Professional organizing Real estate or home services In home or consultative sales It can also be a great fit for someone returning to the workforce or looking for flexible, part time work with meaningful client interaction.
