Help Grow an Award-Winning Washington Craft Distillery Wohlfert Craft Distilling is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Development & Account Coordinator to help grow brand awareness and presence in restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality accounts throughout Washington. This role combines CRM management, prospect research, business development, and appointment setting. You'll use AI-powered research tools, online resources, and direct outreach to identify beverage decision makers, build relationships, and help schedule spirit tastings and sales presentations. Compensation $28-$32 per hour Flexible part-time schedule (15-20 hours per week) Performance bonuses available Remote or hybrid What You'll Do Prospect Research & CRM Management Work through prioritized prospect lists. Research restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality groups using AI and online resources. Identify ownership, management, beverage programs, and key decision makers. Maintain complete and accurate CRM records in Airtable. Contact Discovery Locate and verify contact information for: Beverage Managers Bar Managers Food & Beverage Directors General Managers Owners Purchasing personnel Business Outreach Introduce Wohlfert Craft Distilling to prospective accounts. Share appropriate product information and marketing materials. Determine how each account evaluates and purchases spirits. Learn onboarding requirements for new suppliers and brands. Document findings within the CRM. Appointment Setting & Sales Support Follow up with prospects through phone and email. Qualify opportunities. Schedule tastings and sales meetings. Coordinate calendars between prospects and sales representatives. Ensure prospects are prepared prior to meetings.
