Performance-Based Sales Consultant

We are hiring a Performance-Based Sales Consultant for a high-value contract market. This is a front-line revenue role. Compensation is directly tied to production. If you prefer predictable hourly pay, this will not align. If you prefer income based on results, continue reading.

What You'll Do:

Engage directly with property owners regarding high-value exterior projects Identify viable project opportunities Guide clients through agreement and contract execution Manage pipeline from initial conversation to signed contract Coordinate internally to ensure smooth project handoff This is not a passive role. You are responsible for generating and closing business.

Compensation Structure:

Commission-based High-ticket contract values Meaningful per-project payout No artificial income cap Performance determines earnings.
