Approximately 10-15 hours per week initially About Alpha Wave Neuro Alpha Wave Neuro is a growing neurodiagnostic services company focused on expanding access to convenient, high-quality EEG testing. We are developing mobile routine and ambulatory EEG services for physicians and patients throughout Metro Detroit. We are seeking an experienced Physician Liaison / Healthcare Business Development Representative to build relationships with physician practices and healthcare organizations and help establish Alpha Wave Neuro as a trusted EEG referral partner. What You'll Do Visit physician practices throughout Metro Detroit and introduce Alpha Wave Neuro's EEG services. Develop relationships with physicians, practice managers, referral coordinators and other healthcare decision-makers. Focus outreach on neurology, primary care, internal medicine, pediatrics and other appropriate referral sources. Schedule meetings with prospective referring practices. Educate practices about Alpha Wave Neuro's routine and ambulatory EEG capabilities. Help establish simple referral workflows between practices and Alpha Wave Neuro. Conduct consistent follow-up with prospective referral sources. Maintain a CRM or organized record of contacts, meetings, follow-ups and account development. Identify new physician groups and healthcare organizations that could benefit from Alpha Wave Neuro's services. Provide weekly updates regarding outreach activity, opportunities, objections and progress. Who We're Looking For Strongly preferred: Previous physician liaison, healthcare sales, medical sales or healthcare business-development experience. Existing relationships with physicians, practice managers or healthcare organizations in Metro Detroit. Experience generating physician referrals or developing medical accounts. Comfortable visiting medical offices and communicating directly with physicians and healthcare administrators. Self-motivated and capable of managing an assigned territory independently. Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills. Experience in EEG/neurodiagnostics, ambulatory cardiac monitoring, sleep diagnostics, mobile diagnostics, medical devices, laboratories, home health, hospice, imaging or similar physician-referral healthcare services is especially valuable. EEG experience is helpful but not required . What Success Looks Like During the first 90 days, the representative will focus on: Building a targeted Metro Detroit physician-practice pipeline. Establishing relationships with key referral decision-makers. Securing meetings and presentations with qualified practices. Developing active referral pathways for Alpha Wave Neuro. Identifying what physicians need from an outside EEG provider. Creating a repeatable physician-outreach process that can scale as Alpha Wave Neuro grows. Compensation $30- $40 per hour based on experience. Approximately 10-15 hours per week initially , with the potential for the position to expand as Alpha Wave Neuro grows. Any incentive compensation will be structured in accordance with applicable healthcare laws and company compliance requirements.
